Happenings from the studio of Karen Newman Fridy
Actually... in the workshop on gelatin printing I took, the instructor, Anne Matlock, retold a story about a student who lifted the gellatin plate to her face and used her nose and eye to lift some of the paint. She had to wash her face rather carefully - anything for her art, I guess. The print turned out fairly realistic and detailed.
I have to admit...I'm tempted to try it... :)
Good for you! Excellent job!
Well done Karen! You did a fabulous job with the demo and good for you for making the news! :)
Thanks y'all! :)
Nice Job Karen!
