Karen, These are all wonderful. I'm soo jealous. I have had such a mess going on here since May that I can't get a place to rust. I did find some new pieces to rust when they were digging for the garage foundation. They look like bits of an old wood stove. Keep on having fun and enjoying the journey, ann
OH I love this... turned out very cool.... I have a pile of fabric I just washed ready to get outside to rust... And my hubby brought home from a barn he was taking down some really cool rusted stuff... I knew there was a reason I loved him...
Please share how you got the results in your first few photos. The rusted washers I could figure out but have no idea how you achieved the other fabulous results.

This is way to ambitious for me...if I had to dye my fabric first I would make all one color quilts. The effects are great on these however!
